• If you are able to get to a safe place, do so and call us from
there.
• Crisis Line Advocates will NOT call you back
unless you directly say it is okay to do so.
• If your phone is set up to block restricted numbers, our
advocate will be unable to call you back even if you say it is
okay.
• We understand a family member or friend may call asking
questions on your behalf, but we cannot talk about shelter or
services with anyone other than the victim.
• We are unable to provide transportation from your location.
• If we are able to provide shelter you will be required to meet
us at the local police department.
• Shelter space is not guaranteed under any circumstance.
